STANDARDS & ACCREDITATION
All fire alarm installations are designed, installed and commissioned to BS 5839 Part 1 by SSAIB-certified engineers. Every installation is subject to a formal commissioning test and witnessed by your appointed person. Building Control certificates are produced at practical completion.

We review your FRA to determine the appropriate category (L1/L2/M), system type and zone plan.
BS 5839 design & specification
Detector schedule, zone plan, panel specification and cable route design, with Building Control pre-submission where needed.
Installation & commissioning
Installation to programme, detector testing, cause-and-effect verification and formal commissioning witnessed by your responsible person.
Handover & maintenance contract
Log book, zone chart, training for your responsible person and a BS 5839-compliant bi-annual maintenance contract.
